Minimum Education, Training and Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic Licensure by the Kentucky Board of EMS Valid Kentucky Motor Vehicle Operator's License
- Valid AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification (ACLS)
- Valid AHA Healthcare Provider
